I don't think Sebl will ever be profitable by the metrics you put forth, which includes that black scholes factor applied to all outstanding options and calling it an expense. Tom has said as such in his annual meetings.

I don't think you can find a company dealing with substantial growth issues that meets your criterion for a good investment. In order for a company to make it on the hueyone value meter, it has to have this huge recurring revenue stream with no real day to day costs of maintaining share, or building for the future. That is oracle and intel, 2 companies whose growth curve happened a while ago under different circumstances. The companies that are growing today are yahoo, amazon, ebay, broadcom, juniper, sonus even cisco and xilinx as big caps. I don't think you like any of those except maybe xilinx which of all of them is the most mature.
