Would you care to define your view of "noise"??
- Is it just a really loud signal
- or something with just a gaussian, french parle-parle distribution
- or something prooving that Arab-Bernoulli stuff of lots of numbers and variables
- or something very inefficient for any RF designer to produce for jamming purposes??
- or that proof that IQ tests following the gaussian distribution must be
measuring, at a minimum, something, especially if rescaled, redesigned
and reweighted at least every tenth year?? (just to catch up with the
new generations, as well as the lost brain of Einstein)
I remember that you never really, allthough noisily but giggling, managed to show
any understanding of anything in terms of these issues, and now you got into RF,
poor ggg-gg-mode
However, rest assured that future generations will know more and that not even
Israel will continue for ever with party-lists, as Iceland already showed how
funny that would be, long before England figured out the magic of two-party
systems as well as trying to do some parle-parle in their early but still today
little developed parliament. |
