You liar. I already posted the facts. The Clinton administration RAISED intelligence spending, only cut out-moded Cold War programs which is called common sense. Whatever soce you get your disinformation from ignores that. The 80 million FBI deal was a re-allocation of funds not a cut. I also posted the explanation of that. Kerry is for strong smart intelligence. Frankly, if I were a Bushie I would not be talking about intelligence. How many billions have we wasted during Bush's term getting faulty intelligence?
