That's easy - investors should stay out of the market, out of bonds, pay all their debts, put some $ into short-term government debt (Euro), some in gold, silver, and gold & silver stocks (preferably those mining in the US). They may start buying (perhaps, <5%) Japanese stocks, and (<1%) some Russian stocks. What's a speculator to do? No idea -g-
