Since Graham voted against the war, he has more political cover to get into the nitty-gritty details of the Iraq evidence scandals. Kerry is calling for an independent investigation and questioning the veracity of the administration, saying he was misled, we were all misled and especially hammering Bush on no post-war plan and no UN peacekeepers due to failed diplomacy. Kerry is 100% consistent as this was his view all along.
