Yes you're right ... had to look it up in the atlas, forgot that NK goes up the coast to quite near Vladivostok, and so is contiguous with Rusia too .... that's how much i know about NK .... still, ignorance is no reason to refrain from typing, is it? ... lol

But an open invitation to an open table of discussion is not a refusal to negotiate .... is it? ... i can't see how it constitutes anything nefarious, in fact it appears to be the contrary, a steering away from the sneakiness, a thing to be applauded .... maybe there's more to it, dunno ... but so far i think Hawk is right, and his neocons are taking the correct road on this one ..... perhaps it is accidental, or they're doing their boyscout Good Deed for the year -g-
