rd, you didn't read plain english and that's my fault, too? ahhh, to blame everyone else and be perfect oneself! the life! -lol- never said it was a direct quote. i meant that if the article is correct then dean contended it. either in writing or by speaking. i suppose it coulda been in sign language, too. -lol- does the method matter? fact? ok, what's your source that the whole budget went up, as opposed to one or two line items?
