That's a big 'if', skeeter ! in dean's case, it isn't an IF, though. it appears to be DID. he contends he reduced the overall budget (which i believe, b/c rd has pointed out that the budget must be balanced. lower taxes likely meant lower income. lower income likely balanced a smaller budget. i'm open to the other side, but ya gotta produce something other than personal opinion). nobody has provided anything to refute his contention. in addition, he implemented a program that cut child abuse by 70%. smaller budget. lower taxes and 70% reduction inchild abuse. that's not an if, vic. that's my point!
