Hello Gumnam, Malcolm is a friend whom I actually had the good fortune of meeting during the crazy days of Softbank trajectory-ing ever upward. He is a gentleman whom one would instantly identify as a kind man upon encounter, and lived through what everyone would consider an unique experience. He may share it one day on-line. His question about the Chinese government is, I do not need to guess, due to his experience.

I agree with you on governments and their dictates affecting corporate/private fortunes, and I am sure recent trust unit holders of Paramount Energy agree with you as well:0)

On the road companies vs trucking companies in China, a compromise will be worked out when necessary, because as all matters in China, they are counter-balanced by anti-matters.

Having been reminded by Barron's of the 'outrageous' valuation of Sina, Sohu, and China.com, I will probably add to my China Mobile (CHL) and start a China Unicom (CHU) position today and tonight, in Hong Kong and in the US, by going long and perhaps by shorting puts.

Chugs, Jay
