On the contrary -- I explained repeatedly. Bush threatened North Korea and does not want to talk -- the alternatives are to wait and fight later or fight now. Your posts on being able to track weapons from terrorists are absurd. If New York or Washington or any other US city gets nuked, there will be no consolation in knowing we can trace the materials back to North Korea.
