Graham is Bush's worst nightmare. The most popular Florida politician making the case for Bush's impeachment. And Graham is the Dem head of Intel Committee. So he's qualified. Ouch, says Karl Rove. They cannot attack Graham without alienating Florida voters. Kerry is sitting back and letting Graham do the damage to Bush.
