Things continue to shape up in Mongolia. I read a couple of Steve Saville's columns this morning and jumped back into Marc Faber's "Tomorrow's Gold" this weekend. They both make the case that continued pressure on the USD will ultimately benefit gold and commodities. Given that IVN.TO is a gold and copper play, their proximity to the world's largest importer of copper, the track record of the management team and the excellent relations that they enjoy with the Chinese/Mongolian governments at all levels - I like it as a long-term play. Not sure how much excitement it will yield to traders, but at least it has pretty good liquidity as far at TSX traded stocks go. Just some thoughts...
