Can these adds be attributed to permanent positions or do they include part time? I too see that at least in entertainment and education there are new job openings part of the education jobs I know are part time positions but because they are full time part time they looking like a permanent addition to payroll.

Wages and house costs have both increased. It appears there are fewer houses for sale on the market compared to last time this year though we are beginning to see an increase in apartments for rent. Banks have shown that finance has done well but this I feel is about to slow down considerably.

Sales tax to date is not showing an increase part of that could be an increase in net sales which does eliminates sales tax. The other possibility is lower labor rates elsewhere are maintaining if not actually decreasing numerous product prices. This shifts the possibility of future deflation to other areas.

Here in CA it appears to me inflation is limited to housing, wages and commodities.
