I don't know, but it might be interesting to have factual info on the ratio of "solid" companies that started out as "Pennies" to the ones that sprang full-blown from wherever, spin-off, venture capital formation, merger/buyout, etc... And maybe the ratio of successful "Pennies" to busted ones. Chas
