Bush did exactly what Kerry DID NOT want him to, that is, make a half-hearted effort to win over the UN, basically tell ing them "give us your support of F you because we dont need it anyway, you're irrelevant and a bunch of wimps". That turned them off. So even traditional allies like Turkey bowed out. However, Chile said "just give us three more weeks of inspections". Bushies snubbed their noses at that. They were itching ti invade. Just itching. So much so they failed to do any serious thinking about a post-war plan. As Kerry said in his September speeches, invasion would be the easy part. Winning the peace was the key. How can you say on these key points that Bush did what Kerry wanted?

Also, consider now the amount of phony evidence that was presented to the UN including the mobile labs diagrams, which turn out to be hydrogen gas labs for balloons.
