Hi Steve,

Am listening now to conference call from Ikon (ICLR) a British cro that is reporting good earnings and giving a favorable industry review and forecast. Do believe that most of PPDI drop off in new business authorizations are a combination of normal business fluctuation and Quintiles pricing very aggressively to gain business.
