bobcor, then what definition were you using?

While everyone has their own idea of when distribution might be happening, unless we have a standardized one then how can we communicate with each other? I assumed you were using O'Neil's as you mentioned his name in another post several days ago, and thus I further assumed he was someone whose ideas you respected. He has the only standardized definition I'm aware of that is widely followed. John Madarasz originally brought O'Neil's definition to my attention, BTW.

If you're not going to use a standardized definition, then you may need to define your terms better, as one man's idea of when distribution is occurring might not be another's. After all, even with O'Neil's definition nobody knows for sure if any distribution is actually occurring, it's just that it may appear so from the data.

As far as the Asian internets go, many have a long way to go to reach the 50 dma which you indicated as your shorting point. For example, SOHU would need to decline approximately 30% to get there, which is currently around 30.
