I didn't coin the term "Clinton bubble", note the LOL. If you had to name the bubble, you might call it the Telecom/PC bubble. I just thought it was funny that someone would spin economic prosperity with a negative word like "bubble", then attribute it to a politician. Perfect partisan reasoning.
No, I don't think the politicians have a lot of influence on the short term economy, except from a consumer confidence perspective. Long term, Bush is burying the country in debt in his search for oil reserves, err, I mean WMD's. BTW, why haven't we occupied North Korea, with strong evidence of a WMD program, hell, they even brag about it. No oil?
