Mystery->SEC suspended trading of Worldwide Holdings
Mon July 21, 2003 11:42 AM ET

WASHINGTON, July 21 (Reuters) - The Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday suspended trading in real estate services provider Worldwide Holdings Corp. WWDH.OB because of questions about the accuracy of its financial statements.
The suspension began on July 21 and lasts through Aug. 1, the SEC said in a statement. Worldwide's shares recently traded for less than a penny on the Bulletin Board.

Regulators said questions have been raised about the identity of the company's majority shareholders in its SEC filings as well as its liabilities.

The Addison, Illinois-based company said in a recent press release that it was founded in the spring of 2003 by Marty Wozniak to provide real estate transaction services. Wozniak did not immediately return a call seeking comment on the trading suspension.
