Ted:

Thought you might be interested, Salomon Bros. and Lehman Brothers are leading a Reg S 115,000,000 convertible offering on this turkey!

They say," Over 100 physicians have already signed license agreements to operate the Softlight system. The revenues from this source is projected to be about $50,000 per doctor. This includes an upfront license fee of $10,000 and a base per procedure fee othat typically is about 30%-4á% or what the doctor charges the client. Salomon believes that Thermolase could earn close to $1.00 per share in fiscal 1999 if the company is sucessful in improving the efficacy of the hair removal process and can execute an effective commercialization plan"

These REG S gnomes in Zurich are going to short the living shit out of this turkey.

Thank you Ted for your thoughtful, even scholarly, analysis of this stock, which no doubt saved a lot of us a lot of money.

Greg
