I agree. No evidence/odds here. Personally, I see no reason to even look at it as a short until price falls out of the channel out of the secondary low in March -- and that is a wee world away yet. Until then, to me, it's just top-picking.

Hell, let the thing fall to $15, get cut in half, and then short it at $20 (or whatever). At least then you are hunting a severely wounded animal.

Again, it may drop $10 from here for all I know, but that is not important unless one can make a case (a setup) that says that is *likely* going to happen. Saying that it is too high is not a case. Bears seems to forget that higher prices are bullish.
