Along the same lines, noted a plethora of houses for sale in one of Phoenix's toniest neighborhoods (Camelback Road, from 40th St. to 52nd St), including a few being built on Spec. Augurs VERY poorly for the real estate bubble, IMO, these are 750K to 2.5 million houses, FWIW.
