Hey Bob,

You threatened me today and I told you to take a hike with your threats - proverbially. Now why didn't you suspend me?

Since we're posting e-mails for this community, here's yours:

Interesting. It was suspended for literally *minutes* while I read more of your posts and decided whether to leave it suspended. I did end up restoring it but only because though you didn't indicate that you were
going to clean it up, you didn't make it clear that you wouldn't.

Time will tell, eh?

And threatening me in email really doesn't make me any more inclined to cut you any more slack.

So you threaten to suspend people - and then actually do, and then change your mind - without having done your DD on what was said?

Then you come on here and like other posters questioning my mental health make insulting statements. Not a very dignified way to run a company you recently acquired, is it?

I think by now any objective and neutral parties here at SI can clearly see what has taken place. You're the owner/admin of the site. You threaten me, then take it all back, then insult me.

Your behavior today has been infantile - but on the other hand quite illuminating.

Like I said amigo, you're not God, just like Rea and the site owners and Cyber and TNT aren't God either, though for a while there they controlled and destroyed lots of lives.

Unfortunately for what you said, I don't "threaten" anybody - I do exactly what I say I am going to do. Now when you lose your temper and wish to toss me, keep in mind that some very wealthy people want me to keep posting, because they're still deluding themselves that it's a sign of weakness, and I'm giving the case away...

I feel very sorry for someone who thinks they need to control others, when I'm one of the few here who has proven I didn't do that, wasn't self-serving, allowed my worst enemies to come on here and attack me en masse - and I even responded to them, gave them a fair chance to say what they wanted to say. Even though they are not whom they purport to be, that is certain.

You joined in with Jon Tara and his dealers, fences and pimps imagery - sorry, you all have M.A.'s in English Lit., I forgot - and then tried to give me your "stern warning." Your warning insults this site and all honest people here.

Your acts today aren't worthy of this place. Anyway, the hope it had, before for whatever reason its administrators allowed the LoCuSTs to take over. That's not an analogy, but an acronym:

LieCheatSTeal. Now the defendants know the theme of the opening statement in my case: LoCuST. That's what they were and are.

It's a sad day for SI, one of too many. But you have been pressured, of that I am quite sure. Who knows, maybe the defendants will make you an offer for this site, because I'm sure they'd like to erase the record contained here. Of course, with so many recording statements, and teh Courts then wondering why erase them, it's a little late to try...

Like I said, shame on you. Next time, you give your "stern warnings" to those who introduce talk of violence into a discussion such as this one.

Now you go right ahead and suspend me. But the defendants will be annoyed, because they're taking notes...
