At the bottom, it's all about oil. While it is a popular notion amongst the uninformed, there simply is no evidence to support the idea that it "is about oil". Oil may well be one term in a rather extensive equation. It's about controlling another countries natural resources. There is nothing to suggest that we will "control" another countrie's natural resources once the war is over and Iraq is able to control them on their own.
