I just got my home insurance. Wow. Ok, I might get $217k for the place but even if a tornado wiped the house out the lot would still be worth $65k. I'm not going to pay on $217k. I'll pay on $110k. Did that with the boat. Insured for 25K, they'll pay off 17k. Cut my rates.
