It's such a "huge part of it" that we wouldn't be there if it wasn't for the oil, period. So... it's about the oil. If there is multiple reasons its possible that if you drop out reason A or reason B or reason C that it wouldn't of happened. Your argument is basically "without X it wouldn't have a happened therefore it is 100% about X". I don't think that argument is very rational. Without 9/11 the invasion of Iraq would not have happened does that mean its all about 9/11? Without concerns about Iraqi WMD the invasion wouldn't have happened. If Iraq did not invade Kuwait in the early 90s then this war probably wouldn't have happened does that mean its 100% about the last war? For that matter if a few thousand more people in FL voted differently the war probably would not have happened does that mean its all about hanging chads? Tim
