I think I clearly said "what the feds" spend on education

I didn't say it was dishonest or incorrect I said it was misleading. Not everyone who read it will know how little the feds spend on education compared to state and local spending, and in general the argument would read to many people like we are sacrificing a lot of good possibilities for education because of the war in Iraq, when that really isn't the case.
