Techne is a solid company although it is now trading at 30x trailing 12 earnings which is probably a 20-30% premium to its projected 3 year CAGR. It actually looks cheap when you compare it to Qiagen which is trading at about 140 times its PE. Other companies in this sub sector that are worth looking at are Life Tecnologies and BioRad.
