If it exists, the Priory of Sion is one such group

If it exists, it is not a group of people within Freemasonry. Your initial remark was that Freemasons wanted to revive goddess worship, Magdalene in particular.

We should also remember that some lodges operate independently and have their own agendas

References to that are entirely in political contexts. No Freemason lodge would decide to revive goddess worship (or something). Such an endorsement of religion would be contrary to everything Freemasonry stands for.

What did you make of the author of the The DaVinci Code's assertion that Walt Disney was a goddess revivalist?

No idea.

If nothing else, the book was an interesting foray into art history.

I agree. It was an interesting intellectual tangent off the beaten path.

I don't think anyone feels the need to protect me, but it's a nice thought. :)

A saying in a Middle Eastern language goes "It is better to have clever enemies than stupid friends".
