IQ support has been very responsive to me. I felt that I should post that they have been fixing all my requests within a day or two. Much better than what it used to be like. I trade the indices so if one is screwed up I can usually find an alternate that will suffice. I'm also a position trader so instant fixes are not 100% necessary. For the price I like IQ. I like their interface as well. If they raise prices I'm going straight to others which I have already researched. I use another source for streaming option prices. For right now IQ works for me.
