RE:Payment shock on 15-year mortgages low rates and high price is great for low monthly payments but terrible if you actually want to pay off the house Don't understand going to a 15 year under the "new paradigm" that says you carry a 30 year mortgage and pay whatever as long as you can handle the monthly payments.
