My point was that people are represented at the track when they choose to vote (bet) and their interests tend to overwhelmingly focus on a narrow part of the field which runs. I certainly appreciate that two parties monopolize the public representation and I agree that there is room for improvement. My point was that they do represent the overwhelming public nonetheless and that they pick up popular ideas in other parties in their surveys and research which they incorporate into their platform if they hope to truly represent (which is to say---rule). Again, there is room for improvement--I agree. But try to see past a perpetual and unrelenting negativism...
