quit yearning for a better America and abandon it instead He isn't "yearning for a better America" -- he is saying it is not the best country in the world. Two different things. I bet you have turned into all those people that were condemning the hippies in the 60s. You have no ideals left so the best you can do is condemn anyone who might disagree with you. Another mind wasted on maintaining the status quo at all costs. I can only say if it isn't the greatest country, why is it that people from every other nation on earth are clammoring to get in? Everyone is clamoring for junk food.......does that make it good?! Demand does not always suggest quality! I think people who can't appreciate what they have should just go somewhere else for a while. I think people who don't have a clue beyond their own backyard need to be forced to live somewhere else so they may grow just a little.
