rd, i only saw you talk about education and then make an inference. in fact, you asked me to infer increases in education meant the whole budget went up. i didn't see an analysis of the whole budget. are you spinning like a top? surely you can post a link to you whole budget analysis. is it too hard? if you aren't spinning, you'll get a mea culpa out of me - and that has to be worth something. if you are, why bs? oh, i KNOW! -lol-
