The point is you "threatened" to bring Jon Tara into the case. And it is a very effective way to shut people up. Because, even if there is no connection between the person you are threatening and the case, nobody wants to incur the time and monetary costs required to prove that there is no connection. You make these wild connections based on your whimsy and desire to go on fishing expeditions and you don't see it as a threat? Why the hell should Jon Tara be required to answer a few questions in court? Because he challenged your inane ramblings on a message board? Quit being so damned obtuse. The threat that you are sending is "if you openly challenge me on this thread, you will incur monetary and time costs as you are brought into the court case".

now, if it was just Jon Tara that would be bad, but could be chalked up to a little irrational exuberance on your part. But you have a pattern of using this tactic since the thread opened. If you recall, Tim Luke came to my defense since he had met me in person.

You have not shown any evidence that anyone on this thread, since inception, has any hidden connection with the defendants. Yet you have made the accusation *many* times. You have also stated that there people on this thread that absolutely do have hidden connections to the defendants.

So now it is time to put up or shut up. Name any person on this thread who has a hidden connection to the defendant. I swear, you remind me of McCarthy with his little black book of names of high profile people with communist connections.
