I am not calling you McCarthy, I am saying that your tactics are reminiscent of McCarthy's. You keep on bringing up all of the people posting "on behalf of the defendants" and yet you provide no evidence of this. In fact, since there are only three or four people here who are challenging you, one has to wonder where these throngs of people with hidden associations are.

Now as I said, if someone is not posting at the behest of the defendants, then what should they be worried about?

Because you use the threat of bringing these people with no connection into your legal action. And even with no connection, this implies cost, both in real dollars and time as they are required to defend themselves from your unfounded and frivolous accusations. Look at what you are willing to use as evidence that Jon Tara may be tied to the defendants. He wrote some software for personal use that he then shared as freeware. You have absolutely no knowledge about software APIs or the policies of the company that has the software package and yet you start with the accusations, suspicion and innuendo. This impulsive and irresponsible action on your part is potentially harmful to people whether you acknowledge it or not.
