ValuPro Who said it was dead ? I think Elizabeth might have something to say about this as I recall her saying that increasing the core recovery upwards of 10% wouldn't significantly increase the values. This comment seems in question now doesn't it ? Most of the experts around SI are out of this now and they're not even talking about todays news at all. I'll reserve judgement about whether I should get back in until some experts make comments, NOT some newsletter writers etc. But there are certain people that seem to gravitate toward anything that's controversial and they usually end up on losing end. And you know what I mean. Life is better off without these kinds of people in ones life. I know of one individual who managed to pump himself right out of a home. There are some hypers out there who think they are clever but if they went to work in a normal job would likely have more to show than they do. Don't criticize well meaning innocent investors who got burned on this one and are complaining because there are a lot of them. I'm one of them. ralphie
