Interesting. I never said your questions were unimportant.

The giving of advice for a fee is not illegal. Being wrong is not illegal - except when you deliberately ensure that you are wrong. Selling a service for fees and then not providing that service, deliberately issuing a worthless service to defraud your clients is illegal. See the difference?

There won't be claims against me because I did not issue kickback advice. In fact, I was nearly booted from TP for criticizing CyberTrader, and was repeatedly admonished for only making 2 or 3 recs a day.
