That's a libelous statement, Jorj.

I think that you would be hard put to find any statement by me that says that you:
-issued advice you knew to be worthless
-contracted for kickbacks with brokerage firms
-trade against your own clients through offshore accounts
-committed perjury, obstruction of justice and abuse of IRS procedure.

In fact, I have been arguing that there hasn't been any convincing evidence presented here against the defendants. Therefore, you are going to have a real tough time making a case suggesting that I believed that you were partaking in these activities when I don't even believe that the defendants did as you have accused.

Further, in the context of the post, it is clear that my meaning is that you had a professional association with TP and gave recommendations in the same manner that Rea did. If this is an example of your legal prowess, I think that Daddy is going to be real disappointed when you get your ass handed to you in court.
