Uh, the Complaint says there are damages, $10.307 MILLION OF THEM. That's compensatory damages alone. The Complaint can be amended, and I may very well amend it to add other damages, like opportunity cost. Then there are the punitive damages, which, considering the egregious behavior of the defendants, could be quite high, starting at triple the above, or nearly $31 MILLION, and launching from there. That enough for you?

And we're not even beginning to discuss then the $1/2 BILLION IN ILL-GOTTEN GAINS at stake...
