When does life begin? Or where is the life that is beginning?

In Leviticus 17 verse 11 God tells us "For the life of the flesh is in the blood...."

and in verse 14 "For as for the life of all flesh, it's blood is identified with it's life"

So when is the blood present in the new life? This link shows that the heart starts pumping at day 22.....

But that is the day that the blood starts to circulate independently. The blood is present before that. Implantation is beginning on the 7th day. That bonds the mother and child. When the circulation begins between the mother and child should be about 7-10 days after conception.

When is the life present using blood as the definition of life? Does the egg have it's own blood supply or is it after the 7th day when the embryo implants and circulation between mother and child starts. The heart starts beating at 22 days and is circulating the blood independently. That's as concrete as I think we can get on the biological life. The eternal life seems to start before conception.
