I agree. However this pull-back looks like a reaction to this downgrade, as both the analysts had strong buys (2) as of week ending 08/01/97. So I am sure they had a chance to look into the Canadian Contract before they changed the ratings. That's what surprised me. From their earnings report revenue from their international business is much larger than domestic. Well, hopefully they will upgrade the ratings soon.....! Raj
