Here's the problem. Christopher Rea was a talented analyst when he wanted to be. I saw it, he did see some plays. But, he decided it would be better to betray that talent and his clients in order to enrich himself and others.

That's going to be a big issue, because he had talent. But, he decided to abuse that talent to destroy others.

Obviously, it takes some talent in the markets to even conceive of the kind of scheme the defendants did. So, if they try to argue they were just providing poor service, so sorry, it will not fly.
