Anyone using Scottrade that does penny or sub-penny stock? Just curious if they allow penny trades at all, if they have a share quantity limit, and/or what their fees are and if they differ for penny trades vs. big board trades. I know I can research their website or give them a call but if anyone has a practical experience report, it would be appreciated.
