Homebuilders Still Have Room to Grow

The average 30-year mortgage jumped to 5.67% last week from an average of 5.21% in mid-June, according to Freddie Mac.
Since peaking on June 16, housing stocks have fallen about 12% on average, as measured by the Dow Jones homebuilding index.
