Bush bashing -- LOL -- that is funny. The quality of the intelligence that went into the decision to go to war was only overshadowed by its inept use. This is not Bush bashing, it is a fact of life. Rice did not even bother to read the most elemental briefings on terrorism until after 9/11 -- not an important enough issue I guess. She did not read the NIE report but felt confident to advise the President on going to war -- perhaps she was too busy trying to decide what to wear. Rumsfeld's statements, not to mention Cheney's statements and the statements by Bush -- all shown to be so wrong, so far off the mark, it is a wonder that they are not openly laughed at. Tenet tried repeatedly to stop the use of bogus "intelligence" but took the blame when somebody in the White House managed to sleaze it into the State of the Union speech anyway. Bush bashing? That is really funny.
