Allen & Vellone Announces Civil Lawsuit Against Bonso Electronics International Inc. on Behalf of Investors DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 23, 2003--The law firm of Allen & Vellone, P.C. filed suit today against Bonso Electronics International Inc. (Nasdaq:BNSO) and several of its directors on behalf of purchasers of Bonso common stock for insider trading and disseminating materially misleading information about the Company.
