OK - so Bribe is your answer. How much would you give them? What if they double it the next year or two? All good negotiators think they can get "more" if the other side "buckles."

How far would you insist on "verification?" I don't know enough about what is needed but it seems that finding WMD is something one would not want to bet a nation's life on.
