I am concerned that the "double standard" allegation is pretty silly. The Sudan incident got plenty of press whinage. It wasn't used as justification for a war and occupation that's costing a billion dollars a week, near as I can recall. As far as the "loss of life" you're so piously and sincerely concerned with, how, exactly, does that angle stack up against Rummy's war?

Some things are important, some aren't. Republicans had so many "investigations" going on in the Clinton years, it's not my fault they had focus problems.
