Strange you should say that. Though nobody can be expected to predict non-deterministic phenomena with any consistent measure of success, nothing stops a seemingly rational mind from rationalizing its tentative set of beliefs, using whatever information is at hand. You can glean anything by looking at anything. It all depends on what you want to or choose to see. :) We all want to believe one thing or another. That is why we pour meaning onto events. Onto everything.
